Frankie Deane began her career working in marketing analytics with some of Britain’s most loved retailers. After transitioning to an in-house position, her passion for digital, data and customer centric businesses grew. Frankie is currently Head of Growth at Sweaty Betty and has previously worked for other leading British retailers, including The Gym Group and Long Tall Sally.
