Over the past 17 years, Manfredi has worked agency-side as a consultant and in-house, covering performance marketing and broader roles for start-ups, scale-ups and enterprises. This includes some of the biggest brands in the world such as Apple, Google and HSBC. 

Manfredi’s view is that marketing must be the key driver behind a company's growth. While he may have a bias towards data-driven digital marketing, he believes that there are multiple ways to drive a company forward and there isn't a one fits all answer.
