Tom Wallis joined Gousto as part of the leadership team in 2016, steering the company from startup to a profitable billion-dollar ‘unicorn’. He is responsible for all marketing activity from brand-building and creative output to performance marketing, retention and customer service, and has overseen 20x revenue growth during his tenure. Having worked in marketing roles at Sky including the inception and early growth phase of NOW TV, Tom specialises in taking a data-driven approach to brand building and performance.
