Leslie Griffin

Director, Product & Marketing Analytics, Reebok

Leslie Griffin is the Director of Product & Marketing Analytics at Reebok.  In her current role she has global and local purview, ensuring cross-functional alignment on marketing objectives and ensuring all markets are using the marketing technology appropriate for their respective spend levels and executions.  She also leverages consumer behavioral data to inform product squads at Reebok to help ensure products are being developed and brought to market with a consumer-first lens.

 

Her career history spans marketing analytics in a variety of roles, from publisher, researcher, advertising agency to brand.  She has supplemented her job experience with an MBA from Boston University to bring a business acumen into her analysis.  Her passion lies in getting insights and alignment on actions based off data.  This is based on an understanding and acceptance of what different sources show and what these sources do not show.  There is an evolution underway on what different tools have visibility into, and it’s increasingly imperative to balance different technologies.
