Ruth is Head of Experience at Merkle, leading a team whose vision is to build lasting relationships by connecting customers with brands beyond the initial moment of meeting.
Ruth has worked in the experience and commerce space for 15 years, working with clients to help translate their business goals and objectives into implementable digital strategies and customer experiences. Ruth specialises in all things Digital Experience (DX) including, Experience and Innovation Strategy, Experience Design and research, Personalisation, Testing and Continuous Optimisation and has implemented this using a variety of technologies and platforms, including Sitecore, Adobe Experience Cloud and Salesforce.
Throughout her career, Ruth has delivered large scale experience design projects for a range of international clients, including Danone, Kellogg’s, Clarins, Tui, Esprit and Shell.
