Emma Delserieys is Vice President for Nielsen Marketing Effectiveness, Europe, leading the Customer Success team. Emma joined multi-touch attribution solution Visual IQ in 2015, acquired by Nielsen in 2017. She has held various director level positions within the business, most recently leading the customer success team for Marketing Effectiveness in APMEA, including MMM and MTA solutions. With 15 years of combined experience across agency, ad-tech and martech, Emma spent most of her career helping clients understand how to make smart, data driven decisions to maximise ROIs for their marketing spend. She has built a reputation on her effective leadership of leading teams of consultants to deliver value to clients across all verticals.
