With nearly 20 years of experience building beauty brands and over a decade of working within social media, Hayley Hall currently heads the PR & Social team at Innovaderma (Skinny Tan). Influencer marketing, UCG and social advertising are at the heart of Innovaderma’s strategy, while the recent signing of Love Island’s Liberty Poole as Skinny Tan’s first ever ambassador has catapulted the brand to new heights. Hayley also has 12 years of experience as an influencer, and worked for 8 years as a brand consultant for names including Unilever, GSK, P&G, Space NK and Boots.
